All you need to do is to collect the goose from us, pop the goose in the oven for half-an-hour as per instructions and during this time reheat the side dishes. We offer roast goose filled with apple and chestnut, with side dishes prepared in our own kitchen at Weinberg-Schlößchen.
- Roast goose for 4 - 6 people, filled with apple, chestnut and onion
